- Messages you send through our contact form are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. Messages we mark as spam are deleted after 30 days.
- If you join our mailing list, we keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address, any name or phone number you have given us, and the date you left, so that we never email you again by mistake.
- Once we hold no messages and no mailing-list record for you, your name, email address and phone number are deleted as well.
- Each contact message is also emailed to the shop’s inbox so we can reply; that copy is kept as ordinary business correspondence.
